We Love Daddy!

The girls thought it was very fun tonight to put on Daddy's clothes tonight and walk around the house. It was hilarious to see Kaylie's head sticking out of Tim's shirt and Jadyn trying to walk in Tim's pants. They definately love their Daddy in every way.

Gotta Love Grandparents

I was going through pictures and videos today on my computer and ran across these two cute videos of my parents with Kaylie and Jadyn last time we were in Arizona. It makes me so thankful and happy that not only do my parents love my girls so much but so do Tim's parents as well. Tim and I are very blessed to have such wonderful parents and even better to have them be crazy in love with their grandchildren.

The first video is of Jadyn & my Mom. I was upstairs packing and heard them singing so I came out to see what was going on. They had no idea I was taking the video and I think it is the cutest thing ever. The second is of my Dad dancing with Kaylie at my brother Jon's Open House. It is adorable and makes me smile everytime I watch it.

Thanks Mom, Dad, Glen and Chris for being so wonderful to our girls- especially when you think no one is watching. :)

"Elmo! It's Me!"

This morning we went to Sesame Street Live- Elmo Makes Music, which the girls absolutely loved. When Big Bird announced it would start in a few minutes the girls eyes lit up and their mouths dropped open. They were so excited and were captivated the entire time. We sang and danced and had so much fun. The girls kept waving to Elmo and kept on saying, "Hi Elmo! It's me!" It definately was worth it by watching their smiles and seeing how much they enjoyed themselves. I love being their mother and love seeing the world through their eyes.

Stake Conference

Today we had Stake Conference which was broadcast from Salt Lake. The talks were wonderful and made me so thankful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In such a scary and troublesome world we live in, I am so thankful for the knowledge that I have and for such a wonderful loving Heavenly Father.

One of the speakers was Elder Hales, which we were excited to see. The girls both said when he came across the screen, "Papa Hales!" It was neat to see that they remembered him. All the way home all they talked about was seeing Papa Hales and how they had to call Papa Dale and tell him all about it.

I attached the last picture we took at the Hales' home. It is my favorite because leave it to one of my kids to be picking their nose in a picture with an apostle! And if you are wondering which one it is- it is my sweet Jadyn. :)

Cookies!

This afternoon Kaylie, Jadyn, and I thought it would be fun if we all got on our aprons and made some chocolate chip cookies. Today was the first time where they actually were allowed to stand by the counter on chairs and help measure out everything. It made a big mess but the girls absolutely loved every minute of it. I think this may be the start of a new tradition!

Feeding the ducks

Last Saturday we went down to the duck pond on the MSU campus to give the ducks a nice little snack. The girls loved feeding them the bread and loved even more that their Daddy was there too. It was a great afternoon together as a family.

If you are wondering what is on the girls' faces it is the Sundevil Game Day tattoos from Halloween. I couldn't figure out how to get them off- but luckily was able to get the Sundevil off before Church. I figured having a devil on your face probably wouldn't look very good at Church. :)
